I bought this CD after seeing the live show on the TV on the PBS channel.I had never known much about Roy but this tape was so great because it has so many guest artists playing on it.I used Amazon because they have the best prices and I have never been disappointed with any of their CD's or the service they give.This CD is great, but if you're searching for it under the title looking for his guest performers CD beware.Someone else was selling it for nearly $60 and I got this from Amazon for only $6.If you like Roy Orbison, this is a great one to get.
This album is an absolute classic and a must have. I listen to this over and over and wonder how Orbison could have created and sung such great songs. He may have looked like a Nerd, but he was true genius. My children wonder why no one today can sing songs like this anymore. No comparison.
This dvd and cd (I have both) are definitely collectibles. For Roy's fans, it is one of the few live concerts still available commercially. D.

for a music fan, this is close to the perfect recorded concert. What an evening.
Roy Orbison was a one of a kind vocalist. There is some outstanding guitar playing by the backup band. Great CD.
I personally like rock and roll with distinct blues influence. Of all Orbison's albums this one puts together his greatest hits that epitomize the blues influence. It is especially entertaining because it was recorded live. If I could have only one Orbison album in my collection, this would be it.
